Vibrant Health offers medical, dental, behavioral health, women's health and pharmacy services. The mission of Family Health Care, Inc. is to provide health care and supportive services to all, including the medically indigent, in a nondiscriminatory manner and setting, dedicated to continuity with quality medical care.   Family Health Care provides quality services that will enable people, particularly the poor and chronically ill in our community, to have healthier and longer lives.   Our goals are to provide high quality health care with enhanced support services. We provide care through more than 20,000 visits annually at our two locations for medical, dental, vision, prenatal clinic, mental health/social work, literacy services, medication assistance and legal aid.
