Hope for Helm is a 501(c)(3) & helps adaptive people move forward through life's toughest challenges. The mission of Hope for Helm is to help individuals who have experienced catastrophic, life-changing injuries or diagnoses move forward through life’s toughest challenges by providing access to adaptive physical training and community support. Hope for Helm was originally established in 2014 to support Matt Helm and his family after a devastating accident left him paralyzed, and now is a charitable foundation to pay it forward and help others.
