KEEN - Kids Enjoy Exercise Now - provides free sports and recreation programs for kids with disabili KEEN is a national, nonprofit volunteer-led organization that provides one-to-one recreational opportunities for children and young adults with intellectual, developmental and/or physical disabilities at no cost to their families and caregivers. KEEN's mission is to empower youth with disabilities by providing free, non-competitive one-to-one programs of exercise, fitness and fun, led by volunteer coaches.KEEN's vision is fostering the confidence, self-esteem and inclusion in the community for youth with disabilities; strengthening the community through education of volunteers; and providing families with respite and a supportive network.
