We envision a world where the planet and all who inhabit it experience love, dignity, and justice, and resources and power are shared such that everyone has the opportunity to realize their potential, live life fully, and contribute to the well-being of people and planet. Our mission is a regenerative movement ecosystem that prefigures and iterates toward vision. To advance our mission we amplify and deepen approaches that center the elements of transformative change (equity & liberation, complex systems change, shared leadership & power, multiple ways of knowing, and innerwork) in three strategic directions - strengthening organizations and networks, advancing the practice of change-making, aligning our internal practice to reflect our vision as much as possible in the current conditions

Advancing Deep Equity Deep equity requires ongoing attention to hearts minds behaviors structures and systemsit is not a destination We center deep equity in all of our work and hold it as a set of continuous practices necessary for people and the planet to experience love dignity and justice. These practices include recognizing the impact of our identities on our individual and collective experiences addressing healing as well as acting to transform institutions and systems. It is not a destination.
