International Cabernet Symposium The International Cabernet Symposium ICS is an educational gathering of vintners from around the globe who are dedicated to producing the very best Cabernet Sauvignon and related varietals. The biennial event was established in Napa Valley by the Oakville Winegrowers Association in 2009 and has attracted vintners and winemakers from France Spain Italy Chile and Argentina as well as the major winegrowing regions of California all coming together for four days to share their wines and to learn from one another.
