Energy Association of Iowa Schools Energy Association of Iowa Schools provides energy management radon reduction and facility management support to help school districts save budget dollars and lives. Founded in 2011 Energy Association of Iowa Schools EAIS helps schools refocus budget dollars onto student learning and safety. As energy costs continue to rise and student enrollment shifts continue to complicate General Fund budgeting EAIS is here to help. EAIS provides schools with unbiased ongoing energy and radon coaching professional development grant connections and a new Building Operator Pathway for high school students.
