GA Sanctuaries
GA Sanctuaries offers rescued farm animals a safe haven from neglect, abuse and slaughter for the remainder of their natural lifespan. Educational events for the public encourage and inspire people of all ages to transition to a plantbased diet for greater kindness and mercy towards animals, better personal health, and to lessen one’s environmental footprint. Drawing on the life-affirming presence of the rescued animals the sanctuary offers children and adults with various physical and mental disabilities access to the animals and the peaceful farm to gain temporary respite from life’s hardships. As a nondenominational ministry Good Acres Sanctuaries also provides spiritual counseling for all life situations including grief and loss after the death of an animal companion.
