FOUNDED IN 1889, THE NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REGULATORY UTILITY COMMISIONERS (NARUC) IS A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION DEDICATED TO REPRESENTING THE STATE PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISIONS WHO REGULATE THE UTILITIES THAT PROVIDE ESSENTIAL SERVICES SUCH AS ENERGY, TELECOMMUNICATIONS, WATER AND TRANSPORTATION.
