JCALP Johnson County Adult Literacy Program Serving our community since 1987 Welcome to JCALP. The Johnson County Adult Literacy Program is a 501 c3 nonprofit serving Johnson County Missouri and surrounding communities by tutoring adults in basic adult literacy including reading math and English as a second language. Tutors and adult students meet in person. JCALP39s mission is to assist adults living in Johnson County Missouri and surrounding communities in developing basic reading speaking writing and computational skills in order to improve their ability to deal with modern society and gain a higher standard of living.
