Through prevention and intervention Operation Flames training curriculum will provide all participants with certified credentials that are recognized by the National Wildland Coordinating Group NWCG as well as state and federal wildland firefighting agencies nationwide. This training academy will provide services for members of the local community by creating gainful employment and a pathway towards a career in wildland firefighting.
