TO SUSTAIN AND MAINTAIN HIGH QUALITY, CULTURALLY RELEVANT CHILD CARE PROGRAMS THROUGH THE UNIFICATION OF TRIBAL VOICES AND BY PROVIDING SUPPORT, SHARING KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATING TRIBES, FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL GOVERNMENTS AND AGENCIES.
