At Sha’arim, our focus within the mission of inclusion is to bring awareness to the experience of our community members with disabilities of all kinds, and to actively work to improve the richness of our relationships and connectedness as a Jewish community. Our philosophy highlights the value inherent in every person, and the strength in embracing diversity at all ages and stages.

We all want the people we love in our lives to have a place where they are valued for their contribution. Who we are Shaarim Gateways was established in 1999 to address the unmet need for special education services for children and adults with disabilities in the Twin Cities Jewish community. 25 years later our services have expanded to include Broader and Deeper Educational Support Inclusive SocialRecreational Opportunities Inclusive Summer Camp Support Vocational Training for Adults with Disabilities Direct Family Consultation Pathfinder Workshops and Community Trainings. Shaarim Gateways is your one stop shop for Disability Inclusion Resources.
