📣 📣 The Launch Carolinas Leadership Accelerator, a new initiative sponsored by our region’s leading foundations, seeks to expand the skills of our philanthropic leaders and strengthen relationships between non-profit organizations and funders. Over the next four years, 12 non-profit leaders will be selected annually through a competitive application process. Non-profit leaders interested in applying must: ➡️ Be the Chief Executive Officer, Executive Director, or President of a North Carolina or South Carolina organization; ➡️ Lead an organization with an operating budget of $150,000 to $1,500,000; ➡️ Address at least one of the priority social challenges - health outcomes, health care access, educational attainment, geographic isolation, or social vulnerability; and ➡️ Be trusted by the communities they serve and have a proven history of community service.
