The Madison County Sheriff's Chaplaincy Program communicates and shares the saving power, hope and love of Christ to the imprisoned, victims, sheriff's department employees and their families. Project H.O.P.E. Mission Statement: Project H.O.P.E. is centered on the idea of bringing H.O.P.E. to a generation through a cooperative partnership of community leaders, ministers, and businesses to develop leaders for the future and raise the standard of a generation.
