RESOURCE CONSERVATION DEVELOPMENT THE MIDSOUTH MISSION In 1993 the MidSouth RCD Council was formed to improve our communities quality of life and economicwellbeing by enhancing human and natural resources through education and involvement in response to the needsof our region. Since then weve worked to fill regional gaps in education community improvement and economic development through projects thatenhanceandimprovethe lives of citizens. EDUCATIONAL OUTREACH COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT Our 2024 Regional Impact WE CAN HELPYOUFILL THE GAPS 615000 community members were impacted by projects within our region during FY 2024.
