THE ORGANIZATION'S PRIMARY PURPOSE IS TO COLLECTIVELY SERVE THE INDIVIDUAL ROTARY CLUBS OF DISTRICT 6250. THE FOUNDATION MANAGES FUNDS TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL SUPPORT TO STUDENTS PARTICIPATING IN THE ROTARY YOUTH EXCHANGE PROGRAMS. THE FOUNDATION ALSO FACILITATES THE RECEIPT AND DISBURSEMENT OF CONTRIBUTIONS FROM PARTICIPATING ROTARY CLUBS AND THEIR MEMBERS FOR LOCAL, NATIONAL, AND INTERNATIONAL HUMANITARIAN/DISASTER RELIEF, EDUCATION, AND HEALTH INITIATIVES.

Home Page | District 6250 I recently returned from the Rotary International Presidential Peace Conference in Istanbul where I spoke about Peace and Water Sanitation and Hygiene. The conference highlighted Istanbuls cultural harmony and provided insights into global peacebuilding challenges. I left with renewed hope for unity and a belief in the possibility of Peace reinforcing our District 6250s goal to become a Global Peacebuilder District in 20242025. I encourage those interested in Peace to enroll in the free Rotary Positive Peace Academy online course through our partnership with the Institute of Economics and Peace.
