Will's Way 5k Thank you for your support. Each year for the past 5 years Wills Way 5K Road Racehas been held in memory of WilliamHoward a fine young man who was fatally injured in 2009 at the Moosup Skateboard Park. Thanks tothe generosity and support of Eastern Connecticut the goals of our committee have been met and there have been sufficientfunds raisedtodistribute scholarships to Plainfield High School graduates inmemory of William for many many years to come. On behalf ofWills Way 5K we would like to extend our heartfelt thanks and gratitudetoall our volunteers to the Town of Plainfieldfor allowing us the use of their facilities the Plainfield Police and Fire Departments for securing the safety of the walkers and runners to the Plainfield and KB Ambulance Corps and all the individuals and businesses who sponsored the race along with all the walkers and runners who have participated for the past 5 years.
