LITTLE EARTH NEIGHBORHOOD LEARNING CENTER'S (NELC) MISSION IS TO PROVIDE A NEIGHBORHOOD FACILITY FOR EARLY LEARNING PROGRAMS THAT SERVE THE LITTLE EARTH COMMUNITY AND THE AMERICAN INDIAN COMMUNITY. NELC'S CHARITABLE PURPOSES INCLUDE (1) RELIEVING THE POOR AND DISTRESSED OR THE UNDERPRIVILEGED, (2) ADVANCING EDUCATION, (3) PROMOTING SOCIAL WELFARE BY COMBATING COMMUNITY DETERIORATION AND JUVENILE DELINQUENCY AND (4) FURTHERING THE CHARITABLE PURPOSES OF OTHER TAX-EXEMPT ORGANIZATIONS.

Little Earth is 9. 4 acre 212unit Housing and Urban Development HUD subsidized housing complex located in the urban industrial core of Minneapolis Minnesota.
