Loveland Lends a Hand Building A virtual Sanctuary Join the Cause Loveland was founded in 2015 with the mission of rescuing and rehabilitating abused and neglected animals particularly those who have fallen victim to our current food system. Our original plan was to execute this mission through the establishment of an animal sanctuary within Orange County. We had been actively fundraising and received a substantial amount of donations from our supporters yet in 2020 we had unfortunately reached a plateau. Due to the difficulty of acquiring land in our county the increased risk of wildfires and the introduction of Covid19 we realized that there may be a better course of action for turning our mission into a reality.
