We raise awareness, advocate, and educate NJ about dementia, prevention, and early detection. Mission - Dedicated to raising awareness and educating communities about Alzheimer's disease (AD), prevention, and early detection in order to improve the quality of life for Alzheimer's patients and their caregivers. Agency Goals - To reduce the impact of AD in New Jersey, to promote public awareness of AD, and to engage the community to build supportive, capable, and AD educated environments. Agency Objective - To offer programs and services that decrease the emotional, physical and financial tolls on families, caregivers and communities, and to increase the availability of existing effective diagnostic tools.
