It takes an entire community to make treatment courts the success that they are. During National #TreatmentCourtMonth, we honor graduates like Joe. Joe had a long, deep history of substance use and crime, cycling in and out of jail and living on the streets. A treatment court in Washington state saved his life on numerous occasions. Today, he serves as the program coordinator and mentors others on how to break the cycles of addiction and crime. "Due to the fentanyl crisis in our communities, we're losing our brothers and sisters on a daily basis. So the folks who have found a path towards recovery and success are really fired up to share that...we're here, we're proud, and we really want to scream from the tallest rooftops that we know how to lead the way."❤️‍🔥 (fb)
