GWOT Monument: We honor all veterans, but this monument is for the post 9/11 (Global War on Terrorism) era. Middlesex GWOT Monument Trust raised funds for over 7 years to erect a monument and it was dedicated in 2019. We continue to have annual events at the monument including a Flag Garden over Memorial Day, a 9-11 Ceremony and Veteran Day observation. Our fundraising now is focused at supporting veterans and their families, scholarships for GWOT veterans and their children, assisting the local VFW Post 3291 especially during the pandemic. Plus numerous other activities.

This monument will be a symbol of the sacrifices made by these veterans and their families and of course those who made the ultimate sacrifice.
