No Kill Animal Shelter located at 2101 West Main St. Richmond, IN 47374 Hours Tues-Sat 12PM-5PM HELP the Animals, Inc. (Humane Existence for Lost Pets) is home to hundreds of cats and dogs every year - animals that are lost, abandoned, and sometimes victims of cruelty, abuse and neglect. HELP provides shelter, nourishment, medical care for animals until forever homes are found. All of the animals are spayed or neutered before adoption, ensuring that they do not add to the pet overpopulation crisis.
