Improving the quality of life for wounded veterans living with prosthetics, spinal cord, TBI & PTSD The mission of the Combat Wounded Veteran Challenge is to improve the lives of our wounded or injured veterans by assisting them in realizing their newfound potential for the benefit of all. We focus our efforts on education, rehabilitation, research and innovations in field-based assessments and treatment of Orthotics & Prosthetics, Post Traumatic Stress and Traumatic Brain Injury.

Challenge Research Purpose Our mission is to partner with various Universities medical professionals and institutions to help gather research on PTSD TBI SCI and Orthotics Prosthetics so we can better understand the difficulties faced by wounded or injured veterans daily. In addition the challenges we organize instill confidence and pride in the veterans that participate better enabling them to realize their full potential and continue to contribute to helping others. CHALLENGE The CWVC Challenges are physically and psychologically demanding extreme outdoor efforts that incorporate infield work and case studies to further the medical physiological biomedical and pathological sciences associated with their injuries. RESEARCH CWVC Research objectives are to advance applied sciences associated with orthotics prosthetics OP Traumatic Brain Injury TBI Spinal Cord Injury SCI and psychological trauma PTSD field research being the heart of CWVC Challenge expeditions.
