Supporting Courts that Care Keeping Families Together Legacy Family Court Foundation supports Dallas County Specialty Family Courts in their efforts to reunite families that have been separated due to parental substance addiction and secure permanent care placement for children under CPS care. In Dallas County thousands of children living in state custody need stable permanent homes to help them thrive. Adults whove lost their parental rights due to substance addiction need rehabilitation to stay out of jail reunite with their children. Specialty Family Drug Courts work to address the trauma of family separation and redress the damage of addiction.
