We are a grassroots organization founded by parents and joined by teachers and community partners in support of student success The Alliance for Public Schools seeks to ensure positive academic outcomes for every child by supporting community engagement in public schools. The Alliance for Public Schools educates, engages and inspires families and communities to collectively support high quality public schools and the children who attend them.

Welcome to APS - Alliance for Public Schools Who We Are We Believe. Alliance for Public Schools was formed in Florida in 2012 in response to chronically low public school funding educator pay that ranks near the bottom of the country and harmful policies for students. Alliance for Public Schools was founded by parents and community members who believe that public education must be a shared community value and priority worthy of investment. Together we champion meaningful engagement in support of students educators and our public schools and advocate for increased funding and policies that promote student success.
