Plymouth arts council The Plymouth Arts Council is a nonprofit organization that supports and sponsors arts artists and audiences in the west metro area of the Twin Cities. Primavera 2025 Plymouths annual celebration of the arts April 10 May 24 A partnership of the City of Plymouth and Plymouth Arts Council the free threeday event provides an opportunity for the public to view and celebrate fine art. Original juried artwork by local and regional artists as well as artwork by Plymouth area high school students will be featured in the art gallery and nearby classrooms at the community center. Juried artwork remains on display in the Plymouth Community Center Art Gallery for public viewing for a few weeks after the event.
