The Triangle Adult Soccer League (TASL) is a nonprofit organization registered with the EIN 571167591. Located in North Carolina, it is recognized as the largest adult soccer league in the state.

- Women's Divisions: Women's Premier and Women's 8v8 Recreation are key offerings. The Women's 8v8 Recreational League was introduced in Fall 2024 and continued into Spring 2025 with a six-game season.
- Coed Divisions: TASL provides several coed divisions, including Coed 1/2, Coed 3, Coed 4, Coed 5, and coed over-30 divisions. This diversity allows for a broad range of teams and players to participate.
Operating Schedule
Games are scheduled throughout the week, typically starting from early morning to late evening. The league also periodically introduces new divisions and formats to enhance player experiences.
