Too many cats are without indoor homes in Prince George's County, and it's not by choice! PGFF was formed to address the needs of such local cat populations, and the people who live around them. We network closely with area community organizations and businesses, but answer a need those groups are not able to address. Our care approach leads to healthier cat populations and our rational approach to the management of the members of remaining groups of cats makes everyone's life more pleasant. With 69 percent of cats known to PGFF now sterilized, PGFF has shown that a managed approach can control population growth. We aim for 100 percent sterilization so that no more homeless kittens will need to be killed in our County.
