Hidden Acres Farm, Inc.'s (HAFI) is Tolland-based nonprofit organization organized for the threefold purpose of: sponsoring and cosponsoring workforce development trainings and workshops on issues pertaining but not limited to human rights, whole body wellness, food justice, environmental justice, agroecology, permaculture and civil rights, respectively; cultivating and processing vegetable produce for public consumption; and offering outpatient outreach services to predominately homebound older adult clients in areas deemed rural in the Connecticut, with priority given to areas within Hartford and Tolland County, respectively
