GOALS INCLUDE, PROMOTE AND SHARE RESPONSIBILITY FOR PROPER CARE AND PLACEMENT OF SURRENDERED, LOST AND ABANDONED ANIMALS; PROMOTING THE SPAYING AND NEUTERING OF ANIMALS; AND EDUCATION OF PET OWNER RESPONSIBILITY.
