THE HISPANIC LEAGUE STRIVES TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR HISPANICSLATINOS BY PROMOTING COMMUNITY INCLUSION EDUCATION HEALTH AND MULTICULTURAL UNDERSTANDING. 501C3 NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION ESTABLISHED IN 1992 TO FOSTER DIVERSITY AND RAISE AWARENESS SERVING AS A LIAISON BETWEEN THE NONHISPANIC AND HISPANIC COMMUNITIES. Signature Initiatives EDUCATION Facilitating access to education for Hispanic students through the Middle School Achievers Program and the Scholarship Program. Scholarship Program Awards The Scholarship Program awards 2500 5000 annual scholarships to outstanding Hispanic students who are current or former Forsyth County English Language Learner ELL andor Limited English Proficient LEP students.
