Kay Phillips Child Advocacy Center Welcome to the Kay PhillipsChild Advocacy Center As a nationally accredited Childrens Advocacy Center our main goal is to ensure that children disclosing abuse are not further victimized by the intervention systems designed to protect them. This is why we offer childfocused evidencebased programs which work closely with representatives from many other disciplines to effectively investigate prosecute and treat child abuse. At Kay Phillips Child Advocacy Center whether a child visits our center once for their initial forensic interview or they visit us weekly for therapy services one thing remains true they will NEVER receive a bill for services that are provided. This means that cost never gets in the way of a childs path toward hope healing and empowerment.
