Founded in 2014, ECA is a 501(c)3 nonprofit corporation dedicated to building Civic Park. Eugene Civic Alliance is a non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation established to build and operate a community sports and entertainment venue on the historic Civic Stadium property to benefit the children of Eugene.
