The mission of the foundation is to support the development of Hampden County, MA, children, youth and families by insuring that they have the opportunities needed to achieve their full potential. The foundation accomplishes this by: 1) investing in a continuum of services with a particular focus on young children, ages birth through 8, while at the same time, sustaining these early investments through a variety of learning supports and experiences for youth ages 9 through 18; and 2) a holistic approach that encompasses the social, emotional, physical and cognitive needs of children and youth, and supports them within the context of their families.
