Meeting in Chesapeake Virginia the Four Flags Chapter National Society Daughters of the American Revolution NSDAR or DAR was initially chartered in 1995 at St. Juliens Creek Annex of the Norfolk Naval Shipyard Portsmouth Virginia and took its name from the four flags flying at the main gate. Promoting history education and patriotism Four Flags Chapter NSDAR welcomes new members who share our passion for service to our country state and the local area.
