Our Mission Statement We are a trusted place of safety and hope that supports our community by providing educational recreational and health resources. Carle Mobile Health Clinic is here. Carle Mobile Health Clinic The Tinervin Family Foundation United Way of McLean County and the City of Bloomington each contributed 150000 to help purchase a new clinic for McLean County along with help from the Town of Normal McLean County and Laborers International Union of North America who each generously donated 100000.
