FRIENDS OF THE ALAMANCE COUNTY PUBLIC LIBRARIES DIRECTS ITS EFFORTS AND FUNDS TO ENHANCE THE EDUCATIONAL AND CULTURAL LIFE OF THE COMMUNITY AND PROMOTE COMMUNITY AWARENESS AND USE OF THE PUBLIC LIBRARIES.
