THE MISSION of Leadership Lorain County is to foster life long Leaders who serve as catalysts for positive change. Leadership Lorain County (LLC) cultivates a diverse network of innovative leaders who envision what the county and region can be, empower themselves and others to deliver positive change, and expand their awareness of community issues and resources. The mission of Leadership Lorain County is to develop and advance leaders who support the growth and diversity of our county by directing initiatives to connect the people, government, academia, and businesses of Lorain County. Leadership Lorain County is dedicated to developing life-long leaders, passionate about improving the vitality of the count, able to lead initiatives within the dynamics of our community, all while helping their own organizations become a valued partner in the resurgence of Lorain County.

A 10 week paid summer internship program for college students from Lorain County giving them work experience along with personal and professional development. For High School students in Lorain County who are seeking to expand their knowledge and understanding of the diverse culture surrounding them.
