Our mission is to support Cacapon Resort State Park which is located in the eastern panhandle of wild & wonderful West Virginia-about 2 hrs. from Baltimore and Washington, DC. Come visit ! The Cacapon Resort State Park Foundation was created 30 years ago with the mission of supporting this beautiful park in the eastern panhandle of West Virginia. We are passionate in our desire to share the splendors of this beautiful space with visitors from near and far. Over this time we have completed numerous projects, such as a stacked log nature center, gazebo for events, picnic shelters, playground, scenic overlook just to name a few. We are excited about the projects in the works with which we strive to further enrich the experiences of our visitors.
