Lowcountry CARES Ministries services Berkeley, Charleston and Dorchester counties with food, clothing and diapers. When funds are available, we also help with water and electricity. Our goal is to meet emergency needs, stabilize and then help individuals and families move to a permanent place of stability. Our mission statement is: A changed life reaching back to help others changes the community for the better.
