5 Sparrows mission operates in the 0 to 72 hour crisis phase serving victims and offering direct services to begin their healing journey on their terms while seeking justice. Throughout the year, our prevention and awareness efforts are critical to getting the right message out into the community, providing contact information for reporting. Our collaborative efforts with law enforcement and the justice system are why we are leading the state in the number of cases charged in 2017-2018. Through victim advocacy, direct services, conducting prevention and awareness training, gathering and mining data to bolster law enforcement capabilities, we have changed the culture and misperceptions surrounding the injustice of human trafficking while aiding in prosecution efforts.
