FLiPM – Just another IT4Causes Hosting Sites site Award Winning Program 2012 NACo Award Winning Program National Association of Counties Outstanding Youth 2013 VDOE Creating Excellence Award Virginia Department of Education Business and Industry Award Future Leaders in Project Management FLiPM is a nonprofit 501c3 organization founded in Virginia to provide Project Management training for our youth thereby empowering a workforce of competent well trained professionally certified employees needed in over 100 diverse industries. Our goal is to instill confidence in young people through a program that introduces project management concepts in the 8th grade and build their skills and knowledge through their senior year of high school. During this time students are mentored by Project Management Professionals PMP and receive classroom education developed using the Virginia Career and Technical Education CTE requirements. Since 2012 Success Rate is based on the number of students attempting to take the certification exam 97 of the students passed and achieved their certifications.
