Emergency Medical Assistance Abortion Fund – Serving the Palm Beaches and Treasure Coast Florida is under an active 6week abortion ban. Whats Going on in Florida. Since May 1 2024 Floridas 6week abortion ban has been in effect. The only exceptions to this 6week ban are for survivors who became pregnant as the result of a sexual assault incest and human trafficking and are cooperating with law enforcement.
