To encourage and promote professional growth research legislation and dissemination of information among Florida individuals and organizations concerned with and involved in career development and transition of people with exceptionalities. FLDCDT Membership Membership in the Florida DCDT is open to any person concerned with the career development and transition of exceptional individuals and who is a current member in good standing of the Council for Exceptional Children CEC and the International Division on Career Development and Transition DCDT.
