Support neuroblastoma research, bring joy to kids in treatment @ hospitals & clinics w/ Treats & Treasures Carts Progr.& offer college scholarships to survivors The EVAN Foundation supports the childhood cancer community through 3 core areas: Research Funding, Patient & Wellness Programs and Awareness & Education Initiatives The EVAN Foundation is dedicated to raising awareness about neuroblastoma and supporting the most promising research in the field. We prioritize projects that facilitate new treatment options for patients who desperately need them. We also support patient wellness programs that bring joy to kids undergoing treatment. The EVAN Foundation Treats & Treasures Carts are taken to each inpatient's room on the hematology/oncology unit at Children's National Medical Center in Washington, DC once a week by foundation founders Gavin and Wendy Lindberg. Patients and their families choose toys and candy at no charge from the carts.
