Senior Adventures in Learning of Melbourne Inc
SAIL provides learning opportunities for seniors. We use volunteers to teach all courses and use local sponsoring church facilities and classrooms. In 2019 over 500 unduplicated seniors attended the three 8 week terms. Classes include exercise classes, computers, history, current events, languages, dancing, yoga, and many more. Studies have proven that if seniors stay active and do not become isolated live longer and happier lives. USE IT OR LOOSE IT'
