The Sylvester Broome Empowerment Village (SBEV) is a U.S. nonprofit organization focused on empowering youth in underserved communities through various programs aimed at fostering leadership, education, and personal development.
Mission

Programs
SBEV operates under the Triple-A Effect, offering programs categorized into Art, Academics, and Athletics. These programs provide:
- Academic Support: Financial literacy programs in collaboration with local institutions to prepare students for a financially secure future.
- Arts Programs: Art Fundamentals, Performing Arts, Violin instruction, Photography, and Music Production.
- Athletics: Programs including Flintstone Football, Cheerleading, Wrestling, and Swimming.
Additionally, SBEV offers specialized programs such as Girl Code for STEM empowerment among girls, Girls Etiquette for social skills development, and Boys 2 Men Mentoring for character development in young boys.

Impact
SBEV has served over 2,000 youth and reached more than 15,000 families. The organization is committed to creating a positive ripple effect by transforming communities into just and equitable environments for youth.
