About Circle Ranch Circle Ranch is a nondenominational Christian organization dedicated to serving foster youth in Northeast Georgia. Established in 2014 and recognized as a 501c3 our mission is to provide love stability and life skills to children in need empowering them to transition into adulthood with hope and purpose.
