To accomplish our mission, CISNC provides direct services to students in16 counties and provides relevant support, training and technical assistance to the network of CIS affiliates working in 35 North Carolina counties, reaching over 160,000 young people to remove barriers to success in life, to build a ready workforce and disrupt the school to prison pipeline.

Jobs for North Carolinas Graduates JNCG provides high school students with durable skills essential to the workforce offers leadership training facilitates personal connections with employers and postsecondary education and training and maintains the relationships with students for a year after graduation. Reentry To Resilience R2R serves youth transitioning from Youth Development Centers back into their home communities.
