Graduation is a time to recognize all of the hard work students put in to reach this milestone. It is a source of pride not only for the students and their parents, but also for their Specialists who helped them reach this point. One of these specialists is Jobs for North Carolina’s Graduates (JNCG) College & Career Specialist Lindsey Morgan. “Watching them walk the stage on graduation day, it just, I mean, obviously I cried and got emotional, but it just meant so much. Knowing so much about them personally, and how much they had to overcome to get there.” She said when remembering her first graduating class. Lindsey has been with CISNC for 2 years. CIS connects students and their families to the community resources they need to succeed and thrive. Jobs for North Carolinas Graduates JNCG provides high school students with durable skills essential to the workforce offers leadership training facilitates personal connections with employers and postsecondary education and training and maintains the relationships with students for a year after graduation. Reentry To Resilience R2R serves youth transitioning from Youth Development Centers back into their home communities.
